Interest Free Financing is available through Care Credit. The application process is quick and easy. If approved, there is a 12-month interest free plan as well as low interest plans if you require a longer payment period.

Financial Policy:

Payment in full is due at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, your deductible and estimated co-payment is also due at the time of service. We are happy to file your dental insurance claim for you. Please remember that some insurance companies pay a fixed amount for certain procedures and some pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your insurance company. Any account delinquent over 90 days will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. If the account goes into default and is turned over to collection, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to the collection agency or legal fees.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
